This mom needs your advice on a court order concerning visitation issues with her ex-husband and children.

Here's her situation:

Today I brought in a court order to my kids school that states the custody and parental visitation. I made sure that the VP understood them and that my x husband is not allowed to just drop by. It states in these court orders that he must give me a 30 day notice to visit with the children.

The VP understood this, however when my ex-husband stopped by the school he demanded to speak to the principal. The principal was aware of the court order, but ignored it and allowed him to visit with the children at school. I called the district, but they didn't really seem to care as this is a charter school an they have different rules.

I'm scared to let my kids go tomorrow because I'm not sure if they're safe. I would take this info to my lawyer, but after my last court go round I can't afford it. Any ideas or suggestions as what action I should take??
