I have found a website that from this moment on, I may not be able to live without. NoTakeOut.com may very well change my life.

Let me back up by saying that due to recent scheduling challenges at our house compounded with life in general, we've fallen into a bit of a fast food rut. I was starting to feel guilty and frustrated, and then I stumbled on this gem of a website. Basically, it gives you a delicious dinner idea that you'd actually eat, and the ingredients can be found in your pantry or require a 5 or 6 item grocery list, max.

Here's what I love most about it. You open the website and click on the 'Today's Menu' link. There, in all it's splendor, are listed the ingredients broken down by those you need to shop for and the items you probably have on hand; wine pairings; prep time (usually under 40 min); tools needed; and, my favorite part, a GAME PLAN. I love this feature the most - no thinking. As in, #1, don't put the sausage in the fridge, #2, get out pantry items, and so forth. It rocks.

They also have a handy 'how-to' section and some features that if you're a foodie, you'll love browsing though. I urge you to click through this site and give it a try - it just may give you a little extra sanity at the end of a crazy day.
