Who doesn't like ice cream!? This is a quick basic recipe to make your own protein ice cream. My kids LOVE this and they have fun making their own! You can add so many different things to this to make it your own recipe too! Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter, the options are ENDLESS!! No more high calorie, high in dairy fat ice cream when you can make your own Fit Mom recipe! Enjoy!
Protein Ice Cream
1 Frozen Cut Up Banana
1 scoop Whey Protein (flavor of your choice)
1 1/2 Tbs Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding (Or organic cocoa powder. If you use this add a packet or two of Stevia)
1/2 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Handful of Ice cubes
Mix in blender or food processor and enjoy!
