This little cake is dangerous, but just the perfect size to not feel guilty, or feel like you need to share!

One-Minute Peanut Butter Cake

1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Spray inside of ramekin or large mug with non-stick cooking spray. Whisk together all ingredients besides chips. Add chips on top of batter.

Microwave for about 30-45 seconds until puffy, but not dry.

Add a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip for a little something extra, if desired.
