How Dumb American Teenagers Really Are - Must See Video

This is the most mind-boggling video I've seen in a while. I cannot actually believe that high school students know so little about our country, history, and politicians. A student in Washington State went around his school asking these questions to fellow students:
- Do you know the capital of Washington State (this is the state they are living in)?
- Can you name one Democratic candidate from the 2012 presidential campaign?
- Do you know the vice president of the United States?
- In what war did the US gain its independence?
- Can you name all of the countries that border the United States?
- Can you think of a country that starts with the letter U?
- How many stars are on the flag?
One student answered that Bin Laden was the Vice President. Check out these answers and let us know what you think of this video. It genuinely scares me to think that these students are the future of America. Do you think this is a result of poor teaching or students who just don't care?
