Andrew T. Bethart, Esq., of Bethart Law Firm, L.L.C., is an attorney and counselor-at-law duly sworn to practice in the State of Colorado and the United States District Court. Andrew’s practice focuses on personal injury claims, defense of criminal cases, wills, estates, and trusts, and family law issues, including divorce and child custody matters. Andrew is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, El Paso County Bar Association, Arapahoe County Bar Association, and Pueblo County Bar Association.
 
Andrew attended The Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 4% of his class. While at Cooley, Andrew served as an Editor for the Law Review and the Magistrate Chair for the Grade Appeals Board. Andrew received the Eugene Krasicky Award for the most significant contribution to the Law Review and the Earl Dayton Award for excellence and dedication to the Grade Appeals Board. Andrew also received 6 Certificate of Merit Book Awards. During law school, Andrew was a Law Clerk for Church Kritselis and Wyble, P.C.
 
Prior to law school, Andrew was a child abuse/neglect and elderly abuse/neglect investigator for the State of Florida Department of Children and Families.
 
Andrew has been married for 8 years and has two children, ages 6 and 1.
